If you requested a ride through the platform and the trip ends within 72 hours, please follow the steps below to call the driver: Enter the LINE GO chat window → click "Members/Customer Service/Settings" → "Customer Service Center, My Trips", find the trip, and click to call the driver.
Note: If you cannot contact the driver, please report it again through customer service and provide the following information:
- Name of the lost item
- Color
- Size
- Features
- Contact status with the driver
