According to traffic regulations, if a driver stops or waits for more than 3 minutes, he or she may be reported and fined. To this end, the platform sets the waiting time for driving to 3 minutes. When the following situations occur, a cancellation fee of 40 yuan will be charged and paid to the driver as if it were the fare:
Instant trip:
1. When the driver arrives at the designated pick-up point, if the passenger actively cancels the trip, a cancellation fee of 40 yuan will be charged.
2. If the driver arrives at the pick-up point and waits for more than 3 minutes and the passenger has not boarded the car, the driver can cancel the trip and charge a cancellation fee of RMB 40.
Booking a trip:
1. Cancellation by the driver during the trip: a cancellation fee of RMB 40 will be incurred.
2. Cancellation after the driver has arrived at the designated pick-up point: a cancellation fee of RMB 40 will be incurred.
3. The driver cancels after waiting for 3 minutes: a cancellation fee of RMB 40 will be incurred.
Note: If the driver is unable to accommodate passengers due to failure to note the amount of luggage or failure to select the correct vehicle type (such as a six-seater, pet-friendly vehicle, etc.), a cancellation fee of 40 yuan will be charged for the cancellation of the trip.
